Promo Period
May 14, 2026 – June 30, 2026. Customers must sign the contract on or before June 30, 2026 to qualify.
Eligibility
- Active Meralco account in good credit standing (paid at least 7 bills last year before actual disconnection)
- Complete documentary requirements submitted
- Passed MSpectrum's technical and site feasibility assessment
Promo Offer — Energy Rate Discount
- Years 1–3: Meralco blended rate less ₱3.00/kWh for the first 36 months
- Succeeding years: Meralco blended rate less ₱2.00/kWh
- Price floor: Minimum of ₱11.50/kWh applies at all times
Qualified Offering
- No upfront payment (DU Less arrangement)
- MSpectrum retains ownership, operation, and maintenance
- Customer pays based on actual kWh generation
- Minimum system size of 5 kW, subject to right-sizing
- Perpetual contract; early termination fees apply before Year 10
Target Customer Profile
- Consumes at least ~800 kWh/month
- Can utilize ≥80% of solar generation
- Has daytime electricity usage and occupies the home year-round
Inclusions
- Site inspection, feasibility study, system design and engineering
- Supply and installation of solar PV system
- Distribution Impact Study (DIS)
- Net Metering enrollment; Peak/Off-Peak (POP) enrollment (encouraged)
- Permits (Electrical Permit, CFEI, COC) — value capped at ₱25,000
- Testing and commissioning; preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitoring system and monthly reports; insurance coverage
Participation Process
- Submit inquiry via official channels
- Provide documents (Meralco bill, proof of ownership, valid ID)
- Undergo site assessment and proposal
- Sign contract within the Promo Period
- Proceed with installation and energization
Billing & Payment
- Year 1: actual generation × promo rate; Year 2 onwards: actual generation × standard rate
- Payment via Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) or approved channels; monthly digital billing
- Security deposit equivalent to two (2) months' estimated billing
