Participation Process
- Submit inquiry via official channels

The Solar Savings Plan lets you use solar energy at a cheaper rate -- ₱2/kWh lower than the prevailing Meralco blended rate. Simply put, you pay only for the solar electricity you use, but at a lower price.
MSpectrum installs, owns, and maintains the solar PV system on your rood. You only pay MSpectrum for the solar energy generated by the system, while enjoying savings versus the regular Meralco rate.
With zero upfront cost, you can start using solar without buting the system outright.
Once your application is approved, MSpectrum will:
- Conduct a site assessment
- Design and install the appropriate solar PV system for your home
- Manage system maintenance throughout the contract term
You will still receive your regular Meralco bill for electricity drawn from the grid. You will also receive a separate MSpectrum bill for the solar energy generated and used by your home — at ₱2/kWh lower than the prevailing Meralco blended rate.

Billing & Savings

The ₱2/kWh discount applies only to the solar energy generated and billed by MSpectrum. Your Meralco bill will continue to include the applicable charges for electricity supplied by the grid.
Installation
With MSpectrum, the installation process shouldn’t be part of your worries. We manage the entire installation process—from site assessment and system design to permits, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Installation typically takes around 6 days once all documentary requirements, permits, and approvals have been completed.

Agreement & Ownership
The solar PV system remains under MSpectrum’s ownership while you are enrolled in the Solar Savings Plan. MSpectrum owns, operates, and maintains the system, so you can enjoy solar savings without worrying about system maintenance or additional upkeep.
Under the Solar Savings Plan, the solar PV system remains under MSpectrum’s ownership.
If you prefer to own your solar system, you may consider our Solar Subscription Plan, where ownership is transferred after the agreed contract term, or our Solar System Purchase option for immediate ownership.
Yes. If you decide to discontinue the Solar Savings Plan, please contact MSpectrum so we can guide you through the applicable process and explain any terms and conditions related to ending your agreement.
Yes. If your energy needs or preferences change, you may be eligible to switch to another MSpectrum solar solution, such as the Solar Subscription Plan, which offers a fixed monthly payment and ownership of the solar PV system after the agreed contract term.
Any request to switch is subject to a technical and commercial assessment, and eligibility will depend on your property’s suitability and the applicable terms and conditions.
